December Nights (December 5th and 6th) Information and Shifts

Spirits Garden Requirements and Operating Hours:

• Friday December 5th 5pm to 10pm/ Saturday December 6th 3pm to 10pm
• Must be 21 and over
• You need a food handlers’ card (Not needed if you are only cashiering but we recommend all to take it). If you already have a valid card, please bring it with you the day of.
• Free Food Handlers on Tuesday Nov 11th from 6pm to 8pm at the Hall of Nations. RSVP at eugenieking@gmail.com Valid for 3 years
• Alternate online Training at San Diego County Food Handlers Card | StateFoodSafety $13.00. If you take an online class, HOM will reimburse you. The card is valid for 3 years.
• Everyone needs an Alcohol Awareness Responsible Server Training. Here a few options
  • Free Server Alcohol Awareness Responsible Training on Thursday Nov 13th from 2:30 to 3:30 at Hall of Nations
  • Free Server Alcohol Awareness Responsible Training onsite (Spirits Garden area) on Friday Dec 6 and Saturday Dec 7. Still waiting on times.
  • Alternate training on line at San Diego County Food Handlers Card | StateFoodSafety (scroll down) $12.00 and valid for 3 years. HOM will reimburse you.

Food Booth Requirements and Operating Hours:

– Friday December 5th 3pm to 11pm/ Saturday December 6th 11am to 11pm

-No certificates are required
